Andrew Causey
Principle Owner
My career has been shaped by entrepreneurship, leadership, and a deep commitment to people. From owning and operating a construction cleanup company at the age of 15 to serving as a Senior Project Manager with one of the leading Owner Representation firms in the Nashville region, I have built my career around relationships, trust, and steady leadership under pressure.
Construction projects are inherently complex. They demand clarity, communication, accountability, and disciplined execution from every team involved. That is where the process of Owner Representation creates value. When properly led, it establishes alignment, protects stewardship, reduces unnecessary risk, and positions projects for long-term success.
At CORe, I approach every project with the belief that leadership matters just as much as technical expertise. Owners deserve an advocate who can bring teams together, create momentum, navigate challenges directly, and keep the project moving toward the right outcome.
My wife and our seven children call Bowling Green, Kentucky home, where we have lived since 2001. While South Central Kentucky is home base, I serve clients wherever the right project and partnership exist. Great projects are built on trust, communication, and shared vision, not geography.
